Email support@afrobox.africa. We reply within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday (East Africa Time).
Help inside the app
Open the Afrobox app, tap your profile photo at the top left, then choose Help Center to send us a message and follow your request.
Payments and coins
Coin purchases, subscriptions and verification are paid with Mobile Money (Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas or HaloPesa). If you were charged but didn't receive what you paid for, email us with your phone number and the transaction ID from your SMS.
Account and safety
To report a post, open the post menu (⋯) and choose Report. To block someone, open their profile menu and choose Block. For anything urgent, such as impersonation or harassment, email us and we'll act quickly.
Creators
Questions about becoming a creator, verification badges, withdrawals or your earnings? Email us from the email address on your account and include your @username.
Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.
